Job Summary
A global science and technology company is in need of a Telecommute Regional Light Systems Sales Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Directing the field activities of 8-10 field based direct sales representatives in an assigned area
- Developing and maintaining an effective organization through the recruiting, selection, training, compensation and coaching
- Developing annual sales goals and projections for the designated geography
Qualifications Include:
- Ability to travel up to 50% overnight required
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7+ years’ experience B2B sales experience; med device sales preferred
- 3+ years’ experience leading/coaching a sales team
