A non-profit disaster response organization has a current position open for a Telecommute Regional Operations Associate.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing the full-cycle of recruitment and development for volunteers
- Building depth in volunteer leadership positions and functions
- Training and mentoring volunteer leaders
Position Requirements Include:
- Local and overnight travel as needed
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Experience coaching and performance management experience
- Proven record of defining project scope, identifying resources, managing and delegating tasks
- Volunteer management experience
