Job Summary

A luxury fashion company is seeking a Telecommute Regional Operations Manager in Los Angeles.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Provide support and leadership to ensure store related systems & processes are current, properly planned and prioritized
  • Evaluate store team performances and provide feedback to Field Leaders
  • Complete & follow-up on Operational Store Evaluations

Required Skills:

  • Motivate and train store teams through on site visits and ongoing communication
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 5+ years experience in relevant retail experience
  • Superior communication skills in both writing & interpersonally
  • Proven ability to prioritize workload & multi-task with moderate supervision
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
