Job Summary

A provider of senior healthcare services is seeking a Telecommute Regional Recruiter in Maitland.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Ensuring full cycle recruitment is performed on all of the positions you support
  • Providing operations with recruitment and/or staffing alternatives to meet business plan objectives
  • Developing recruitment strategies to achieve hiring goals within budget expectations

Required Skills:

  • Ability to travel is required
  • Completion of Bachelors Degree or 4 years equivalent related professional experience
  • Require 6 years experience as a recruiter and 2+ years experience in Healthcare recruiting
  • Must be able to meet deadlines under stressful conditions and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Must have experience in the development and training of recruitment and hiring practices
  • Must be able to communicate timely and effectively with corporate and field management
