Job Summary
A provider of computer security software has an open position for a Telecommute Regional Sales Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage the Eastern US Sales Specialist team
- Grow net new business and existing business within the territory
- Accurately forecast and deliver revenue commitments
Qualifications Include:
- Background in the man-management of a high performing IT software, field sales team
- Previous experience of coaching and development and performance management
- Experience in enterprise software sales including new business, account management, strategic planning and forecasting
- Proven experience of having attained and exceeded quotas, both independently and in leading a team
- Excellent understanding and execution of formal sales training techniques, such as Spin
