A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Regional Sales Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Directing sales activities within your assigned area
- Recruiting, hiring, on-boarding, and retaining a dynamic sales team
- Training new hires on sales process
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience building and leading sales teams
- 8+ years direct enterprise software selling experience
- Vast experience in Salesforce.com
- Track record of consistently meeting/exceeding sales quotas
