A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Regional Sales Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Directing sales activities within your assigned area
  • Recruiting, hiring, on-boarding, and retaining a dynamic sales team
  • Training new hires on sales process

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience building and leading sales teams
  • 8+ years direct enterprise software selling experience
  • Vast experience in Salesforce.com
  • Track record of consistently meeting/exceeding sales quotas
