Job Summary

A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Regional Sales Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Support direct reports by participating and leading client and prospect meetings
  • Provide ongoing mentorship and development to the sales team
  • Manage recruiting, hiring, and training of new account executives on sales process

Qualifications Include:

  • Must be comfortable commuting to downtown NYC area 1-2 days a week
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7+ years of software sales experience in an individual contributor and management role
  • 3+ years sales management experience
  • Proven record of sales success in a similar enterprise software solution
  • Experienced with MEDDIC and Challenger Selling Methodology
