Job Summary
A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Regional Sales Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Support direct reports by participating and leading client and prospect meetings
- Provide ongoing mentorship and development to the sales team
- Manage recruiting, hiring, and training of new account executives on sales process
Qualifications Include:
- Must be comfortable commuting to downtown NYC area 1-2 days a week
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years of software sales experience in an individual contributor and management role
- 3+ years sales management experience
- Proven record of sales success in a similar enterprise software solution
- Experienced with MEDDIC and Challenger Selling Methodology
