Job Summary

A staffing placement agency is in need of a Telecommute Regional Sales Manager in Newark.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Pursuing direct sales activities in the assigned metropolitan areas
  • Identifying, winning, and retaining key or strategic accounts
  • Working closely with marketing to develop and roll-out a local demand generation plan

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in engineering, business administration or related field
  • 3 to 5 years of successful experience at complex, value-driven, consultative sales
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding sales quotas
  • Demonstrated competence in consultative selling
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including public speaking and negotiation
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
