Job Summary
A manufacturing comapny is seeking a Telecommute Regional Sales Manager in Orange.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Building relationships in the territory with manufacturers' reps, end users, specifying engineers, etc
- Motivating, training, developing, directing, and evaluating independent sales representatives
- Performing or assisting with specification reviews and quotations
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 3-5 years’ direct sales or rep management experience
- Technical ability and experience selling commercial HVAC systems
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing with all levels of internal and external customers
- Thorough understanding of a manufacturers' representative role in the project delivery process
