Job Summary

A manufacturing services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Regional Supply Chain Development Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Identifying and deploying best-practices as they relate to supply chain strategies and operations
  • Conducting analysis of the companies needs and customer needs in the pertinent market sector
  • Communicating strategy and expectations internally and externally

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Knowledge of Import and Export operations and regulations
  • 5+ years experience in materials-related disciplines.
  • Strong understanding of commercial requirements of relevant industry sector
  • Strong familiarity with relevant sector economic and financial models
  • Strong knowledge of international direct and indirect taxes as well as global customs regimes
  • Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products, and email
