Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommute Registered Dental Hygienist Dental Case Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Presenting educational materials to engage patients in the dental care management program
  • Assessing, planning and implementing individualized dental care strategies
  • Customizing and adjusting plan of care based on each member specific needs

Qualifications Include:

  • Unrestricted active dental hygiene license
  • 5+ of clinical dental hygiene experience
  • Maintain compliance with internal, State and Federal regulations
  • Familiarity with Managed care, Medicare, or public health
  • Proficiency in working with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and electronic health records
