Job Summary
A biopharmaceutical organization is seeking a Telecommute Registered Nurse Call Center Safety Specialist I.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Performing inbound and outbound phone calls
- Processing safety or other information from multiple avenues
- Collecting appropriate demographic data on caller and patients
Qualifications for this position include:
- Available from 11:15AM - 8:15PM EST
- BA/BS in Life Science or Registered Nurse/Pharmacist
- Safety and Pharmacovigilance experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), e-mail, and internet
- Some understanding and usage of medical terminology
- Strong organizational, presentation, documentation, analytical, oral/ written (English), and interpersonal skills
