Job Summary
An insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Registered Nurse Case Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting assessments to identify individual needs and a specific care management plan
- Ensuring member access to services appropriate to their health needs
- Coordinating internal and external resources to meet identified need
Qualifications for this position include:
- Occasional local travel to visit members is required
- A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience is required
- A current, active, and unrestricted RN license in Virginia is required
- Comfortable visiting members in their homes, on an as-needed basis
- Proficient in Microsoft applications as you will be updating Excel spreadsheets and reviewing Word documents
- High-speed internet connection
