Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Telecommute Registered Nurse Case Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Using a holistic approach consults with clinical colleagues, supervisors, Medical Directors and/or other programs t
- Identifying and escalating quality of care issues through established channels
- Providing coaching, information and support to empower the member to make ongoing independent medical and/or healthy lifestyle choices
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Two weeks of on-site training in the New Albany, Ohio office
- Active, unrestricted RN license
- 5 years clinical practice experience, as an RN
- Ability to actively reach out and engage patients
- Ability to document electronically using keyboard and computer screens
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
