A healthcare staffing and recruiting firm has a current position open for a Telecommute Registered Nurse Case Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Assess the member’s condition
• Provide the necessary resources, options, and coordination for a healthy care outcome
• Participate in interdisciplinary conferences to review clinical assessments

Required Skills:

• Current, valid, and unrestricted state Registered Nurse (R.N.) license in a compact state
• Around 5 years’ acute care clinical nursing experience
• Requires 2 years’ experience with Care Coordination
• Experience working with Federal and State assistance programs
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office) and typing skills are necessary
