Job Summary

A healthcare services provider is in need of a Telecommute Registered Nurse Case Manager in Augusta.

Must be able to:

  • Conduct assessment, planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of injured/disabled individuals
  • Work with insurance carriers, medical care providers, attorneys, employers and employees
  • Closely monitor the progress of the injured worker and report results back to the employer and insurance carrier

Qualifications Include:

  • Valid Driver’s License and good driving history
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in GA
  • Currently on the Georgia Rehab Supplier list or qualified to get on the list
  • CRC, CDMS, CCM, COHN,COHN-S cerfified
  • Excellent PC and technology skills
  • Excellent communication skills- written, verbal and interpersonal
