Job Summary

An insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Registered Nurse Case Manager in New York City.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Performing crisis intervention with members experiencing behavioral health or medical crisis
• Facilitating appropriate physical and behavioral healthcare and social services for members
• Applying clinical judgment to the incorporation of strategies designed to reduce risk factors

Position Requirements Include:

• 10 - 25% Travel Required
• Active and good-standing Registered Nurse license in the state of New York is required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Desktop Tools/Microsoft Outlook/1-3 Years/End User
• Medical Management/Medical Management - Direct patient care/1-3 Years Experience
• Nursing/Case Management/1-3 Years Experience
