Job Summary
An independent, not-for-profit health benefits organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Case Manager in the Murfreesboro Area.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting utilization management functions
- Serving as a liaison between members, providers and internal/external customers
- Ensuring efficient utilization of benefits
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel by car/valid driver's license required
- Certified Case Manager (CCM) credential or must obtain certification within 2 years of hire
- Registered Nurse (RN) with active license
- 3 years - Clinical experience required
- 5 years - Experience in the health care industry
- PC Skills required (Basic Microsoft Office and E-Mail)
