Job Summary

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommute Registered Nurse Clinical Services Trainer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensuring healthcare services staff understand professional standards of documentation
  • Providing training for current staff for new programs or key initiatives
  • Providing standardized training programs for plan staff to improve quality, control medical costs

Position Requirements Include:

  • Will require up to 30% of travel
  • Active, unrestricted State Registered Nursing (RN) License
  • Completion of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) Program and an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • 3 or more years in case, disease or utilization management
  • Experience demonstrating knowledge of adult educational/ learning theory and practice
  • Experience demonstrating knowledge of applicable state, and federal regulations/requirements
