A global healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommute Registered Nurse Clinical Trainer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Attending meetings as necessary to understand process changes and training needs
• Maintaining awareness of a variety of training delivery modes
• Assisting others to conduct training needs assessment/analysis and determine training response

Qualifications Include:

• Undergraduate degree
• Current and unrestricted RN in state of residence
• 1+ years of experience with adult learning/training, virtual training, instructional design principles or design
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and principles
• Proven ability to develop course outlines and content
• Willing to learn and apply technical skills with a Learning Management System (LMS)
