Job Summary

We have a great opportunity for an Registered Nurse Case Manager II with High Risk OB case management or care coordination experience living within the Pacific Zone! This is a -, direct hire position with . Monday thru Friday during normal business hours.

The ideal candidate will:

Facilitate the clinical progression of care and collaborate with the health plan member and their family, as well as health plan and community providers.
Manage and prioritize care coordination activities utilizing their knowledge of complex care planning.
Utilize decision-making and critical-thinking skills in the review and determination of coverage for medically necessary health care services.
Identify process improvement opportunities.

Qualification
Degree from an accredited program of nursing.
A minimum of two years Case Management or Care Coordination experience in High Risk OB; preferably in a managed care setting.
Strong computer skills; proficient in Windows, Excel and prior use of a laptop.
US Citizenship and the ability to pass federal security clearance screening required.

Licensure
An active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of residence.
