Job Summary

A managed healthcare and insurance company is filling a position for a Telecommute Registered Nurse Renal Case Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Engaging patient, family, and caregivers telephonically
• Providing member education
• Identifying patient needs

Qualifications Include:

• Associate’s degree in Nursing
• Current, unrestricted RN license, specific to the state of employment or a compact nursing license
• Case Management Certification or ability to obtain within 12 months of employment
• 3+ years of managed care and/or case management experience
• 3+ years of diverse clinical experience
• Knowledge of utilization management, quality improvement, and discharge planning
