Job Summary
A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Regulatory Adherence Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Monitoring changes to laws and regulations
- Actively participating in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the operational compliance program
- Establishing, documenting, and implementing standard policies, procedures, processes and best practices
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma / GED with 10+ years of industry experience
- 2+ years of experience working in a role responsible for regulatory compliance
- 2+ years of experience working with CMS requirements
- 2+ years of experience working with Medicaid legislation and requirements
- Experience with using Microsoft Office
