Job Summary
A managed healthcare and insurance company is in need of a Telecommute Regulatory Affairs Associate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Monitoring, analyzing and handling requests from the CMS regarding provider enrollment applications
- Ensuring the timely submission of materials to state Medicaid agencies and to Medicare via the PECOS in order to maintain enrollments
- Updating records and producing reports via the company's internal proprietary licensing databases and maintaining electronic files
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- General understanding of Medicaid and Medicare enrollments as it relates to pharmacies
- 1+ years of regulatory filings experience and/or past experience with CMS or a State Medicaid agency
- Intermediate or better proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
- Experience interacting and collaborating with a variety of stakeholders
