Job Summary
A health insurance company has a current position open for a Telecommute Regulatory and Operations Reporting Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing, leading, coaching and developing a team of Reporting Analysts
- Managing regulatory and operational report generation
- Providing timely, complete and accurate responses to regulators
Position Requirements Include:
- Travel up to 25% of the time within Reston and Richmond market area
- 3+ years professional experience with data analytics, business operations and regulatory compliance reporting
- 3+ years demonstrated experience gathering and analyzing large data sets and producing reports for end user
- 3+ years of experience working in health care, managed care and/or health insurance
- 2+ years’ experience in management, operations, and leadership
- Intermediate to expert level proficiency in MS Excel, MS Access DataBase and SQL
