Job Summary

A cyber security company has an open position for a Telecommute Regulatory Compliance Analyst in Dallas.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Supporting the implementation of a compliance programs implemented by our Virtual Compliance Officers
• Providing regulatory risk consultation, training and guidance to all clients and other employees
• Ensuring all contracts meet compliance requirements and monitor each contract to ensure adherence to terms and conditions

Required Skills:

• There will be regional and nationwide travel related to this job
• 4-year degree, preferably in business or job-related
• Excellent ability to interpret and communicate regulatory guidance
• Experience in Consumer Regs including: Deposit/Loans/BSA/AML/NACHA
• Experience in developing and implementing compliance policies, programs, and procedures - including regulatory risk assessments
• Excellent analytical, communication (verbal/written), organizational, business acumen and report writing skills
