Job Summary
A health insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Regulatory Compliance Director in Indianapolis.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Design and implement programs, policies and practices to ensure compliance with specific laws and related compliance functions
- Maintain compliance with federal, state and local regulatory requirements
- Monitor compliance standards and coordinates all aspects of implementation including training
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel (~10% of time)
- Requires a BA/BS
- 8-10 years of compliance or healthcare related experience
- 5-7 years of experience with government contracting and proposal development
- Thorough understanding of Medicaid managed care business operations
