A healthcare services provider is filling a position for a Telecommute Regulatory Healthcare Attorney.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing counsel to domestic teams
  • Providing legal support to legal, compliance, and business units
  • Conducting legal research on regulatory topics

Position Requirements Include:

  • JD degree; bar membership
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in health insurance industry
  • Familiarity with insurance, healthcare, legal, government/regulatory environment
  • Ability to provide risk assessment/ risk mitigation support
  • Resourceful, with a disposition for action and a strong sense of ownership
  • Ability to successfully perform in a deadline driven environment with competing priorities
