Job Summary
A healthcare technology provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Reimbursement Customer Success Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Use proactive problem-solving skills to create and offer solutions to customers
- Work cross-functionally across Customer Success, Reimbursement, and Sales to meet/exceed goals
- Understand and strive to meet or exceed call metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Associate's Degree OR
- 2+ years healthcare revenue cycle / billing operations
- Experience with Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word) and Google Suite (e.g. Sheets, Docs)
- Familiar with laboratory billing, EDI enrollment, payer portals, Quadax a plus
- Experience working with virtual teams a plus
