Job Summary

A healthcare technology provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Reimbursement Customer Success Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Use proactive problem-solving skills to create and offer solutions to customers
  • Work cross-functionally across Customer Success, Reimbursement, and Sales to meet/exceed goals
  • Understand and strive to meet or exceed call metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Associate's Degree OR
  • 2+ years healthcare revenue cycle / billing operations
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word) and Google Suite (e.g. Sheets, Docs)
  • Familiar with laboratory billing, EDI enrollment, payer portals, Quadax a plus
  • Experience working with virtual teams a plus
