A full-service financial management firm has an open position for a Telecommute Client Onboarding Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Work directly with clients via videoconference, phone and e-mail
  • Act as an initial contact for potential clients to help them achieve their goals and objectives
  • Help potential clients understand how custom financial plans can enhance quality of life

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Excellent computer skills, along with the ability to learn in-house software and tools
  • Background and experience in the financial services industry
  • Client first attitude and professional demeanor
  • Superior interpersonal, organizational, and client service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
