Job Summary
A national hotel company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Remote Corporate Sales Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Selling guest rooms, meeting space and other services to customer groups
- Prospecting and generating new business
- Participating or leading sales and other staff meetings, as well as presentations to customers
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel as required on a national basis, about 10%
- 3 years of hotel sales experience
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experience handling the business transient market and group market
- High school diploma required
