A staffing company is in need of a Telecommute Remote Data Privacy and Data Protection Attorney in Mountain View.
Must be able to:
- Advise on matters related to data security and data privacy.
- Advise on all data security and privacy matters related to the deployment of business applications
- Understand and investigate legal, compliance and risk management issues
Skills and Requirements Include:
- A JD and an active license to practice law
- 4+ years' experience in a law firm or as an in-house counsel
- A strong understanding of technology-related issues, specifically data protection, information governance, and technology deployment
