Job Summary
A banking and financing company is filling a position for a Telecommute Remote Regional Closing Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing the coordination of all mortgage loan servicing and/or operational functions
- Establishing and administering policies and procedures to ensure compliance
- Hiring, training, motivating, and directing the activities of personnel
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- 5 to 8 years of experience in mortgage servicing or operations activities
- 3+ years of supervisory/management experience
- Thorough understanding of all aspects of mortgage lending
- Well-developed knowledge of human resources functions
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
