Job Summary

A software company specializing in data governance solutions is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Renewals Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Preparing renewal quotes and Verifying contracts, review terms and conditions
  • Providing guidance on renewal strategy
  • Preparing monthly reports outlining renewal metrics

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years’ experience in renewals, sales operations, account management
  • High growth SaaS technology environments experience
  • Experience negotiating contracts and working with SaaS renewals is required
  • Proven track record of success in managing high-volume renewals in accounts
  • Ability to analyze issues, problem solve, make decisions or escalate for help
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com, Gainsight and Configure Price Quote (CPQ) applications is required
