Job Summary
A financial company has an open position for a Telecommute Reporting and Speech Analytics Consultant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Analyzing data from contact center projects and reporting on performance relative to success metrics
- Creating, maintaining and managing a repository of standard business analytical, operational and management reports
- Applying reporting creation, database mapping and SPL programming skills to create deliverables
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience working on core contact center SLAs and drivers
- Experience in building client and vendor relationships and understanding the Customer Experience objectives
- Experience providing individual expertise to supplement available tools for customer queries
- Experience applying reporting creation, database mapping and SPL programming skills to create deliverables
