Job Summary

An insurance company has a current position open for a Telecommute Research Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Creating short-term and long-term volume, handle time, attrition, shrinkage and hiring plans for all supported groups
  • Leading staffing review meetings with department leadership
  • Preparing annual headcount analysis and clearly communicating required staff

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • At least 3 years prior workforce management experience required
  • Five9 and Next Gen Calabrio experience preferred
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (spreadsheets, formulas, charts)
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
  • Strong desire to help others and proactively tackle work without being prompted or required
