Job Summary
An insurance company has a current position open for a Telecommute Research Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Creating short-term and long-term volume, handle time, attrition, shrinkage and hiring plans for all supported groups
- Leading staffing review meetings with department leadership
- Preparing annual headcount analysis and clearly communicating required staff
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- At least 3 years prior workforce management experience required
- Five9 and Next Gen Calabrio experience preferred
- Advanced MS Excel skills (spreadsheets, formulas, charts)
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
- Strong desire to help others and proactively tackle work without being prompted or required
