Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Telecommute Research for Aging Populations Senior Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Lead the evaluation of data-driven solutions to enhance the delivery of healthcare for 50+ consumers
• Advance dissemination of results via published manuscripts, professional conferences, and internal presentations
• Oversee the training and development of RAP research staff

Required Skills:

• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, particularly to audiences of varying skill levels
• A master's or doctoral degree in health services research (HSR)
• 8+ years of health care research experience
• 8+ years of research experience with claims data, EHR, and other observational data assets
• Demonstrated experience in data-driven research
• Solid interpersonal savvy and the ability to build relationships both internally and outside the enterprise
