A staffing agency is in need of a Telecommute Research Operations Associate in Cambridge.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Performing a landscape evaluation on creative staffing solutions used across industries
- Reading articles and books on creative staffing solutions, and collectively summarizing the learnings
- Supporting roll-out of proof-of-concept examples with pre-identified projects
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree complete or near-complete
- Ability to identify commonalities across the literature and synthesize them into themes
- Personable, as aspects of the research may involve phone interviews with other companies
- Ability to manage your own time and work towards predefined timelines for deliverables
