Job Summary
An automobile rental company has an open position for a Telecommute Reservation Sales Representative in Columbia.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Handling 80-100 incoming calls per day
- Providing excellent customer service to customers
- Maintaining, at a minimum, target levels of productivity and performance
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to complete I-9 work authorization paperwork in person
- Minimum of six months customer service experience
- Work-related experience working on a personal computer (PC)
- Experience navigating through multiple computer systems and screens
- Ability to participate and complete mandatory training for 3 weeks M-F from 9-5:30pm CST
- Ability to meet all technical and home office requirements
