Job Summary

A company operating the largest fleet of vehicles has a current position open for a Telecommute Reservation Sales Representative in the Midland Area.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Handling 80-100 incoming calls per day and talking with potential customers
• Efficiently guide conversations and apply sales techniques to convert calls into reservations
• Striving to exceed sales targets

Position Requirements Include:

• The ability to complete I-9 work authorization paperwork in person
• Must currently live in Midland, Michigan or the immediate surrounding area
• One year sales experience in a performance/commission-based or metric-driven environment
• Minimum of six months customer service experience
• Work-related experience working on a personal computer (PC)
• The ability to participate in and complete mandatory training for 3 weeks M-F from 9-5:30pm CST
