Job Summary

An airline company is in need of a Telecommute Reservations Agent in Seattle.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Assisting customers with technical website and mobile navigation needs
• Answering customer's inquiries regarding all aspects of their travel
• Assisting customers with travel requests

Qualifications Include:

• ome in-office time is required
• Demonstrated knowledge and aptitude to use computers and related technology skillfully required
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Demonstrated proficiency and agility with adopting, utilizing and navigating new and rapidly changing technologies
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Minimum age of 18 years old
