A computer software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Reservations and Licensing Sales Call Center Agent.

Must be able to:

• Access company programs and query information
• Assist your customers over the phone and/or chat and messaging
• Maintain productivity goals and quality assurance standards

Qualifications for this position include:

• Ability to communicate remotely by phone, email and instant messaging
• Must meet home office requirements listed by company
• Basic computer skills including internet knowledge and some basic technical terminology
