Job Summary

A computer software company is seeking a Telecommute Reservations and Licensing Sales Call Center Agent in Allentown.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Assisting your customers over the phone and/or chat and messaging
  • Answering questions, and performing light trouble shooting
  • Communicating effectively using scripted material, policy, guidelines, and procedures
