A computer software company is seeking a Telecommute Reservations and Licensing Sales Call Center Agent in Allentown.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assisting your customers over the phone and/or chat and messaging
- Answering questions, and performing light trouble shooting
- Communicating effectively using scripted material, policy, guidelines, and procedures
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to communicate remotely by phone, email and instant messaging
- Basic computer skills including internet knowledge
- Must be organized and self-motivated as well as highly responsive to communication
- Suggested typing speed of 20 to 30 wpm
