Job Summary
A hospitality company is seeking a Telecommute Reservations Customer Service Representative in Springfield.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Taking inbound calls from owners regarding vacation plans
- Providing information on our resorts, amenities, and more
- Making recommendations based on our owner’s interests
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to attend training onsite (training class starts January 7th)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Six months customer service or sales experience
- Ability to build rapport with a customer quickly
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and some holidays
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and multi task
