Job Summary

A hotel chain is filling a position for a Telecommute Inbound Reservations Customer Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Answering questions about property facilities and services
• Providing assistance to customers with additional travel plans and vacation options
• Resolving complaints and reservation errors

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to work on-site for the first 90 days
• Ability to begin training Monday, October 8th
• Must live within one hour of Salt Lake City
• Ability to speak with others using clear and professional language
• Ability to input and access data in computerized systems
