  • Scheduling video conferences
  • Tracking and resolving incidents
  • Providing onsite technical support for video conferencing issues

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Provide customer onsite and phone based support
  • 3 to 5 years of Video Conferencing background
  • 3 to 5 years of working experience with customer services in direct customer facing role
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Telepresence and network infrastructure technology
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant experience
