- Scheduling video conferences

- Providing onsite technical support for video conferencing issues
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Provide customer onsite and phone based support
- 3 to 5 years of Video Conferencing background
- 3 to 5 years of working experience with customer services in direct customer facing role
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Telepresence and network infrastructure technology
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant experience
