Job Summary
An information services company has a current position open for a Telecommute Residential Appraiser Professional.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Gathering, verifying, and analyzinh data on residential properties
- Determining fair market value using generally accepted appraisal practice concepts
- Creating reports, queries and other statistical data to support value
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- A valid driver's license and ability to travel locally to complete appraisal assignments
- Certified Residential or Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in good standing
- Working knowledge of real estate appraisals
- Must have knowledge of building standards
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a residential real estate appraiser
