A staffing firm is seeking a Telecommute Residential Construction Estimator in San Francisco.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Perform quantity take offs
  • Request/analyze subcontractor and material quotes
  • Create Proposals using MS Excel

Qualifications Include:

  • 5+ years construction project management or estimating experience
  • Landscape Residential Construction background
  • Ability to read and interpret Landscape/Architectural/Structural plans
  • Excellent math and computer skills, experience with MSOffice, Adobe Acrobat, etc.
