Job Summary

An appraisal services provider is in need of a Telecommute Residential Home Appraiser.

Must be able to:

  • Complete Desktop and Field Appraisals to include all product/property types
  • Complete Client PCR/Appeal Requests
  • Participate in regular meetings with Leadership to identify regional trends

Position Requirements Include:

  • Car/Travel Allowance
  • Active Certified or Licensed Residential Appraiser
  • No current or pending Disciplinary Action for any state
  • No revocation without reinstatement for any state
  • No prior disciplinary that resulted in suspension, denial, revocation, that has not been subsequently be reinstated
