Job Summary
An internet and telecommunications company is filling a position for a Telecommute Residential Inside Sales Specialist in Bluffton.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Committing to achieving or exceeding sales targets while interacting with customers via telephone, e-mail, or chat and other communication channels to assist with a variety of customer inquiries and selling company products
- Exercising sound judgment within the scope of empowerment and acts in the best interest of both the customer and company while committed to providing the best customer experience possible
- Promoting and recommending company Product and Services with a consultative sales technique and providing solutions to fit customer needs
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School or Equivalent
- 0-5 years of sales experience, preferably including experience in a Call Center, Customer Service, or Telecommunications
- Ability to read, write, and interpret written material
- Ability to build relationships with customers, peers, and leaders, along with supporting the team in embracing company initiatives and direction provided
- Ability to participate in regular training sessions to stay up-to-date on current and new products, selling techniques
- Ability to articulate local and competitive advantage
